Does my purchase come with an insurance valuation?

For all goods over AUD$500-00, a certificate of valuation is supplied complete with a photograph. This certificate is to be used for insuring your goods as it represents the replacement value including all local taxes and charges.

How are the goods shipped?

The goods are sent by insured airmail. A signature is required at the delivery address, which confirms receipt of the goods and provides proof of delivery for Costello's.

What about shipping costs and insurance?

All goods sold by Costello's include complimentary airmail postage and insurance.

Who is responsible for the insurance of the goods during delivery?

Costello's will insure your goods and is fully responsible until the goods are safely delivered to you.
